If you receive money, revenue share, free access, or another benefit, clearly tell your audience about that relationship. The disclosure should be easy to notice and understand.
Place the disclosure with the content
Put the disclosure in the post, Story, video, or live segment itself—not only in a profile, hidden after “more,” or on a separate page. For video, use both visible and spoken disclosure when appropriate. Repeat it during longer live streams.
Use plain language
Examples include “Paid partnership with SweepFan,” “Sponsored by SweepFan,” or “I may earn a commission if you use my link.” Avoid vague labels that an ordinary viewer may not understand.
Be truthful about experience
Only make statements that reflect your actual experience and that you can support. Do not promise eligibility, winnings, earnings, or outcomes that the final campaign materials do not authorize.
Follow the final brief
This page is general guidance, not legal advice. Your campaign manager will provide the final disclosure wording, audience restrictions, and platform-specific placement before publication. Ask jose@grox.cc before posting if anything is unclear.
