What this site collects
When you answer a partnership invitation, we store the response you choose, the platforms you select, your preferred contact details, any note you submit, the invitation reference, and the submission time. We also keep limited security records used to prevent repeated or automated submissions.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review the proposed partnership, contact you about it, honor a decline or stop-contact request, protect the response form, and maintain an internal record of the conversation.
Where the information stays
This is an independent partnership site. Replies are not automatically added to the SweepFan creator intelligence platform. Access to the reply workspace is restricted to the authorized partnership administrator.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell the information submitted through this page. We may use hosting and email providers only as needed to operate the site and communicate with you, or disclose information when legally required.
Retention and deletion
We retain a response while it is needed for the proposed partnership, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, or compliance. To request access, correction, or deletion, email jose@grox.cc and include the invitation reference or contact address used in your reply.
Your choices
You may decline, report a wrong contact, or request that we stop future partnership invitations directly on the response form. We will use the minimum record needed to honor a stop-contact request.
